Delicious corn dogs

These are delicible and delicious! I altered this recipe from http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Perfect-Gluten-Free-Corn-Dogs-1000088455.

Ingredients

1 cup of corn meal
2/3 cups of potato flour
1/3 cup of corn starch
1 tsp or 10 turns of a grinder of salt (I used pink hymalian)
3/4 tsp of gluten free baking powder
2 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
2 cups of buttermilk
1 package of hotdogs and enough Popsicle sticks to put one in each dog

Directions
Heat a deep fryer or a deep skillet with oil to 350°C
Mix all the dry, add the egg and milk, mix.
The mixture will be firm, if it looks dry add more buttermilk.
Pat dry your hotdogs so they are dry, add the Popsicle sticks, and hand coat each dog with the batter (more like paste I know). I found once a dog is in and frying by the time you got the next one ready it's time to flip it.

If you have any batter left then you can fry it up as a small biscuit.
